9A, CROATIA. Adrian "ADI", YO3HJV, will be active as 9A/YO3HJV mostly from Dubrovnik between July 3-5th. Activity will be on CW and SSB using 20 watts with a Xiegu G90 into a small base load tapped coil antenna or possibly a MP-1 antenna. Adi states, "As for CW, I am a beginner, please

9V, SINGAPORE. Shuichi, JA0DKL, is currently active as 9V1SH from Singapore (AS-019, WW Loc. OJ11xh). His length of stay is not known. Activity will be on various HF bands. QSL via LoTW or eQSL.
CW60, URUGUAY (Special Event). Look for special event station CW60ATS to be active between July 1st and December 31st, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Antarctic Treaty System (ATS). QSL via LoTW, eQSL and ClubLog.
DL - Special callsign DL0SOP will be active on 1-31 July for the 63rd edition of the Sea of Peace Award (see http://dl0sop.darc.de/ for full details). QSL via Club Log's OQRS, LoTW, eQSL, or direct to DL4SVA.
EA - Special callsign AM1ASX will be active on 1-30 July for the Ano Santo Xacobeo 2021. QSL via EA1IQM. The Jacobean Holy Year is celebrated when the feast day of St. James, the patron saint of Spain (25 July), falls on a Sunday.

ES - Ed, ES2TT will be active as ES2TT/0 from Saaremaa Island (EU-034) on 10-11 July. He will operate CW and SSB on 30-20 metres. QSL via home call, direct or bureau.
FS, ST. MARTIN. After his St. Kitts (V4) operation [see below], John, W5JON/V47JA, will be going to St. Martin between October 19-23rd, and be active as FS/W5JON. His radio equipment is a Yaesu FT-891, Elecraft KPA-500 Amplifier and dipoles. Activity will be on 40-6 meters using SSB and FT8. ALL QSLs go to W5JON direct or via LoTW. NO Bureau QSLs.
I - Special callsign II0LXXV (the suffix stands for 75 in Roman numerals) will be active from 1 July until 31 December to celebrate the 75th anniversary of ARI Roma (IQ0RM). J2, DJIBOUTI (Update). Jeje, F8FKJ, will be active as J20EE from Djibouti City (WW Loc. LK11NN ) sometime during June-July (no specific dates announced yet). He informs OPDX that his activity will be on 20/18 meters using CW, SSB and FT8. Jeje states that he will "take a very small station that I can put it in my backpack." JW, SVALBARD. Tom, OH6VDA/LA6VDA, will once again be active as JW6VDA from the JW5E club station (http://jw5e.com/) in Longyearbyen (JQ78tf) on Spitsbergen Island (EU-026) between October 12th and November 1st. Activity will be holiday style on various HF bands using SSB and FT8/FT4. QSL via LoTW, eQSL, ClubLog's OQRS or QRZ.com log. Bureau cards via LA6VDA.
KH7, HAWAII. Jim, N6TJ, will be active as KH7M from the Pu'u O'o Radio Club station during the CQWW DX SSB (October 30-31st) and CQWW DX CW (November 27-28th) Contest as a Single-Op/All-Band/High-Power entry. QSL via LoTW or direct to either I0MWI (world-wide) or KH6ZM (stateside).
KL - A team of operators from the North Pole Contest Group (KL7RA) will activate W1AW/KL7 from Alaska on 8-13 July, including participation in the IARU HF Championship (10-11 July) as HQ station representing ARRL. Plans are to be QRV with four stations operating from different locations (Kenai, Fairbanks/Two Rivers, Anchorage and most likely Homer). QSL via W1AW, LoTW or Club Log.
OA7, PERU. Alex, DD5ZZ, will be active as OA7/DD5ZZ from the Cusco region in Peru between July 30th and September 17th. Activity will be on various HF bands (40-10m) using SSB and FT8/FT4, maybe some CW, with High-Power into wire antennas. He mentions that he "might" use the callsign OA7/5P6G in the WAE CW/SSB (August 14-15th and September 11-12th) and the WW Digi DX (August 28-29th) Contests. QSL via DD5ZZ, ClubLog's OQRS or LoTW.
OJ0 - Henry, OH3JR as OJ0JR and Pertti, OG2M as OJ0MR will be QRV from Market Reef (EU-053) from 26 June to 2 July. They will operate FT8, CW and SSB with a focus on 6 metres. QSL OJ0JR via LoTW, Club Log's OQRS, or via OH3JR; QSL OJ0MR via LoTW (preferred), or direct to OG2M.
OJ0, MARKET REEF (Reminder). Pertti, OG2M, will be active as OJ0MR from Market Reef (EU-053) between June 27th and July 4th. Activity will be focused on 6m using CW, SSB and FT8. QSL via OG2M, direct or LoTW (preferred).
OE - Celebrating the 60th anniversary since the Antarctic Treaty entered into force, Alex, OE3DMA will be active as OE60ANT between 1 July and 31 December. QSL via home call.
OZ - Carsten, OZ4CG from Bornholm Island (EU-030) will be active again as OZ4SOP for the Sea of Peace Award on 1-31 July. He operates CW only. QSL via Club Log's OQRS, LoTW and eQSL.
OZ, DENMARK. Bernd, DL9LBR, will once again be active as OZ/DL9LBR, but this time from Blåvand between August 21-28th. Activity will be on 80/40/20/15/10 meters using CW. QSL via the DARC Bureau.
PJ5, ST. EUSTATIUS (Update/Change). After his St. Kitts (V4) [see below] and St. Martin (FS) operations [see above], John, W5JON/V47JA, will be going to St. Eustatius between October 24th and November 1st, and be active as PJ5/W5JON. His radio equipment is a Yaesu FT-891, Elecraft KPA-500 Amplifier and dipoles. Activity will be on 40-6 meters using SSB and FT8. ALL QSLs go to W5JON direct or via LoTW. NO Bureau QSLs.
PY - Fernando PS8PL, Ronaldo PS8RV and Paulo PU8PPH will be active as ZX8F from the Carajas National Forest in the Brazilian state of Para on 1-4 July. They will operate SSB and FT8 on 80-10 metres. QSL via PS8RV and LoTW.
RG60, RUSSIA (Special Event). Look for special event station RG60ANT to be active between July 1st and December 31st, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Antarctic Treaty System (ATS). Listen for QSL info.
S5530, SLOVENIA (Special Event). Ziga, S55KZ, will be active as S5530KZ between June 26th and December 31st, to celebrate 30 years of independence of the Republic of Slovenia. ADDED NOTE (Reminder): Slovenian Amateur Radio Union will celebrate the country's 30 years of Independence by issuing a special award. It will be eligible to all amateur radio enthusiasts all over the World. For this event only, starting June 26th, 0000z and until December 31st, 2021, 2359z, the Slovenian
amateur radio stations can use special callsigns with an added number "30" into the suffix. For example: S50ZZ will be S5030ZZ, S51A will be S5130A, S57XXX will be S5730XXX etc.....

SP - Commemorating the 1980 Lublin strikes (Lubelski Lipiec) that marked the beginning of important socio-political changes in Poland, special callsigns 3Z1980LL, HF1980LL, SN1980LL, SO1980LL, SP1980LL, SP1980LS and SQ1980LL will be active on 1-31 July. TM60, FRANCE (Special Event). Look for Frank, F8DVD, to activate special event station TM60ANT to be active between November 16-30th, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Antarctic Treaty System (ATS). QSL via F8DVD, direct, by the Bureau or LoTW.
UA - Special callsign R100KOMI will be active from 1 July to 30 September to celebrate the 100 anniversary of the Komi Republic, created on 22 August 1921 as an Autonomous Oblast. QSL via operator's instructions.
V4, ST. KITTS. John, W5JON, has announced he will once again be active as V47JA from his Calypso Bay, St. Kitts, West Indies vacation home, located 200 feet from the Caribbean Sea, between October 4-18th. Activity will be on 160-6 meters using SSB and FT8. Equipment is a Yaesu FT1000MP, FT450D and an Elecraft KPA500 Amplifier. John states his antennas are a Mosley Mini32A 10/15/20m, 33' Vertical 10-40m, 35' Top Loaded 80m Vertical, 160m Vertical and 6m 5 element Yagi. ALL QSLs go to W5JON direct or via LoTW. VE3, CANADA (Special Event). Bill, VE3ES, is now active as VE3VACCINE from Windsor, ON, until July 15th. Activity is to to encourage people to get vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Operations have been on 30/20/10/6 meters using SSB and FT8/FT4.

W - The following stations will be active during the 13th annual "13 Colonies Special Event", which will be held from 13 UTC on 1 July until 4 UTC on 8 July: K2A (New York), K2B (Virginia), K2C (Rhode Island), K2D (Connecticut), K2E (Delaware), K2F (Maryland),
K2G (Georgia), K2H (Massachusetts), K2I (New Jersey), K2J (North Carolina),
K2K (New Hampshire), K2L (South Carolina), and K2M (Pennsylvania), plus 'bonus stations' WM3PEN from Philadelphia (the city where the US independence was declared), GB13COL from England and TM13COL from France. Information about the award programme can be found on http://www.13colonies.us/.
YB - Operated by members of ORARI Daerah Banten, IOTA station 7I1S will be active from Sangiang Island (OC-237) on 2-4 July. Look for activity on various HF bands using all modes. QSL via HA3JB and LoTW.
ZD7 - ZD7GB is the callsign issued for Gerry, G3WIP to use during his stay on St. Helena Island
(AF-022) until 6 September. In his spare time he will operate SSB, FT8 and FT4 on 40-10 metres and
via QO-100 satellite. "I am in the valley of Jamestown, not ideal for ham radio", he says. "I have remoterig with me, so might set the system up in a better location".

We are working out the details of this plan and hope to have some very positive news very soon. We have not given up!"

HAM RADIO WORLD ---> For the second year in a row, Ham Radio Friedrichshafen has been cancelled owing to the pandemic, and has been replaced by a free of charge online event - Ham Radio World - which will take place on 25-27 June. Ham Radio World is "a virtual 2D world in your browser which also is a massive videoconferencing tool. With your avatar you can explore Ham Radio 2021, visit stands, meet and chat with friends in an instant video conference. There will be also many presentations of which several will be held in English language. The traditional International Meeting will take place on 26 June from 17 to 18 UTC in room Liechtenstein". M0OXO & M0URX: QSL BUREAU SERVICE ---> Both Charles, M0OXO and Tim, M0URX posted the following message to their respective websites: "A few months ago I considered closing the Bureau option on some of my callsigns on OQRS as the demands and costs are getting unsustainable. I actually decided NOT to do that and at this current time, all Bureau cards are now ready to be dispatched in the next couple of weeks.
However, the global pandemic has caused a major restriction on air freight worldwide which has led to enormous increases in costs. For example, 10 small packages to ARRL have increased from £14 in total to £103, while the parcel to Japan JARL from £50 to £160, if you multiply the increases to all 90 IARU Bureau destinations the cost is quite a shock to bear.
I therefore had no choice but to introduce a $0.30c charge on Bureau cards on OQRS to help alleviate losses in my future Bureau mailings.
I appreciate to some, this may not be very popular but let me stress, this is NOT about making money. Applying a small charge/contribution will go a huge way to combat the deficit in Postage Costs to World Bureaux. Without it the Bureau service will cease".
